When you contact PTS by phone, email, WhatsApp or the contact form, you may provide your name, contact details, city, appliance information, message and attachments.
How information is used
We use this information to respond, assess your service request, arrange an appointment and provide customer service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The contact form is provided by Elfsight. WhatsApp links open a service operated by Meta. Information submitted through those services is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
Retention and choices
We retain service-request information only as reasonably needed for communication, service records and applicable business obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal requirements.
